Biography
IT HELPS ME SLEEP is a 5th wave screamo/skramz project led by Catharine Daubert created in Febuary of 2025, in Philadelphia. Their music is influenced both by heavier 5th wave bands like Heccra and Dead butterflies, and by more progressive metal acts such as Death and Veils of Maya. Their only release is as part of a split with Red Panda Retreat and Slow Burning Daydream, called IT HELPS ME DEAYDREAM OF RED PANDAS, where they contributed two songs, North and Is This It?
